Our previous IT support partner helped us for years, but the support was slow and not much guidance to improve was given. Ex-Tech updated us to a NAS on-premise backup solution for fast restore. They also made our business more secure by implementing a firewall and DMZ server as we work with the defence industry, resulting in a far more effective and secure disaster recovery plan.
